After the chocolate has been conched and tempered, it is ready to be molded into various shapes and sizes. The tempered chocolate is poured into molds and allowed to set before being removed as solid chocolate bars, truffles, or other confections. Once the chocolate has been molded, it is packaged and prepared for distribution to consumers.
